Ethan Wood began their career in 2013 as an Intern Engineer at E-Z-GO. The following year, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Titan America. In 2015, they held the role of Mechanical Engineer at Textron Specialized Vehicles, where they were primarily focused on accessory development. In 2017, they joined InVue as a Project Engineer and was later promoted to Senior Project Engineer. In 2019, they joined BatteryXchange as the VP of Product & Hardware, leading the development and enhancement of products in support of the company's go-to-market strategy.
Ethan Wood obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech between 2011 and 2015. Ethan also attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2019 as part of the Ventureprise Launch NC IDEA Spring 2019 Cohort, studying Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Prior to this, they attended Virginia Western Community College between 2009 and 2010, studying Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Labview from National Instruments.
