Gil Danieli

Gil Danieli is an experienced technology professional with a career spanning over two decades. Gil began their career in 1992 as Technology Manager at Blanchard Group of Funds, where they managed the technological infrastructure and transitioned the organization from IBM 3270 based terminals to networked PC based systems. In 1997, they joined Touchscreen Media Group as Director of Information Technology and Development, where they managed IT project based work on a consulting basis for numerous third parties. In 1999, they became Director of Application Development and Information Systems at EverBank Direct, where they managed application development teams and the information systems infrastructure support organization. In 2009, they were appointed VP, Director of Information Security at EverBank Financial, where they established and administered a corporate wide information security program. In 2012, they moved to Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP as Manager of Information Security, where they were responsible for the implementation and management of the security awareness program, creation and dissemination of policies, standards, guidelines and procedures, and management and administration of technical controls. In 2017, they joined Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP as Director of Information Security. In 2022, they will take on two roles, Chief Technology Officer at Battle Bank and Chief Information Security Officer at Reach Financial.

Gil Danieli completed a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University in 2008. Gil obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies from SUNY Empire State College in 1992. Gil also holds certifications from EC-Council, ISACA, and (ISC)², including a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) obtained in 2021, CISM obtained in 2011, and CISSP obtained in 2005.
