DeShaun G. has a diverse work experience history. In 2017, they participated in the Visual Merchandising Program at Barneys New York. The following year, they interned as an Assistant Stylist for Saulu Santana, where they assisted with photoshoots for various magazines. In 2020, DeShaun worked as a Graphic Designer for Think Design, creating infographics, illustrations, and presentation decks. In 2021, they completed a Creative Media Internship at Tribe of Two, where they developed design and copy for newsletters and social media content. In 2022, DeShaun started working as a Freelance Graphic Designer & Art Director. Currently, they are employed as a Graphic Designer at BaubleBar Inc., where they began their position in 2023.

DeShaun G. began their education in 2014 at Fashion Industries High School, where they studied Business & Visual Merchandising for four years. In 2018, they enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Communication Design until 2020. Following that, from 2018 to 2022, DeShaun continued their education at the Fashion Institute of Technology, working towards a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Advertising & Digital Design.
