Jean Michel Fleury

Jean Michel FLEURY has extensive experience in quality management and site direction within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Directeur de site and Responsable technique at BAUD Industries since October 2021, Jean Michel has previously held significant roles, including Responsable qualité at Richemont, where management of a team of five and oversight of quality indicators were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Jean Michel was Directeur qualité at BOURBON AUTOMOTIVE PLASTICS JURA, managing 30 employees and developing quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 and TS 16949 standards. Additional experience includes leading production and logistics at BOURBON AUTOMOTIVE PLASTICS CHALEZEULE, as well as earlier quality management roles within the same company. Jean Michel holds a DU in Quality Management from Université de Franche-Comté and a DUT in Industrial Maintenance from IUT Besançon-Vesoul, alongside a professional Baccalauréat.
