Pascal Jolly

Pascal Jolly is currently serving as Directeur Méthodes et Innovation at Groupe BAUDIN CHATEAUNEUF since September 2023. Prior to this role, Pascal Jolly spent over three decades at Otis Elevator Co., holding various leadership positions including Transformation Officer and Site Digital Technology Manager, where management of a 10-person digital technology department and participation in the Executive Committee were key responsibilities. Pascal Jolly also led the Modernization Department and Operational Excellence & Lean initiatives, recognized for expertise in lean methodology and coaching site leaders.
