Florian Bauer

Florian Bauer, born in 1982, is responsible for digitization and technology in the BAUER Group. He also performs the function of Labor Director.

While studying civil engineering at Munich University of Applied Sciences, he already gained experience abroad in Australia. After graduating, he initially worked for a construction company in the USA before joining BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH as a project engineer in 2011. From 2012 to 2014, Florian Bauer was responsible for a number of large construction projects as construction manager in Malaysia, as branch manager in Singapore and then as project manager in Germany. In 2015 he became a member of the management of BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH and is responsible for the technology division and the topics of "digital construction", innovation and research and development.
