Tahsin Durak

Tahsin Durak is an accomplished electrical engineer and educator with extensive experience in both industry and academia. Currently serving as Manager of Electrical Engineering at BAUER COMPRESSORS INC. since May 2015, Tahsin has led the design and implementation of advanced SCADA systems and developed innovative solutions such as an HF RFID antenna system and a CNG Dashboard. Previous roles include Assistant Professor positions at Old Dominion University and ECPI University, where Tahsin taught various electrical engineering courses. Tahsin’s earlier experience includes directing engineering projects at McKinley-Ross Corporation and work as an RF/Microwave Engineer at Philips Broadband Networks. Tahsin holds a PhD and two Master's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Syracuse University and Fairleigh Dickinson University.
