Baltazar Ochoa

Baltazar Ochoa has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Baltazar started their career at Bilfinger Berger in 1998 as a Dipl Ing - Contract Administration - Branch Representative and worked there until 2010.

In 2010, Baltazar joined BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH as a General Manager in Panama, a role they held until 2018 when they became the Contracts Director for Panama. Baltazar worked for BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH until 2022.

Currently, Baltazar Ochoa is working at Bauer Foundation Corp. as the VP Contracts & Risk Management, a position they have held since November 2022. Baltazar also previously served as a Contracts Manager at the same company since December 2020.

Baltazar Ochoa pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad La Salle, A.C. from 1986 to 1991. Afterward, they attended the University of Stuttgart, where they obtained a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Engineering from 1994 to 1998.

Recently, Baltazar completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Business from the University of Cumbria, spanning from 2019 to 2022. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have further enhanced their skills by obtaining the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2008.
