Roland Hanelt

Roland Hanelt has extensive work experience in finance and operations management. Roland is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Bauer Foundation Corp. Prior to this, they served as the VP Finance EMEAR at Tadano Demag GmbH & Tadano Faun GmbH, where they had overall responsibility for finance and accounting, as well as advising management teams in financial matters. Roland also worked as the COO/CFO at PERI Formwork Systems Inc., USA, where they partnered with the CEO in strategic planning and execution, financial goal achievement, and staff management. Earlier in their career, Roland held various roles at PERI, including Operations and Finance Director, Regional Manager, and Head of Controlling and Finance. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial planning, process optimization, and business intelligence.

Roland Hanelt obtained their diploma in BWL Bau from Fachhochschule Biberach, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Digital Transformation from LinkedIn in May 2020.
