Mathieu Ducharme

Mathieu Ducharme has a strong background in product development, with a focus on hockey equipment. Mathieu started their career in 2006 as a Project Manager at Sitca Inc., where they managed projects for a few months. Later that year, they joined Dassault Systemes as a Junior Consultant for a brief period. In 2006, they also began working at Bauer Hockey, initially as a Product Engineer before progressing through various roles such as Product Developer, Senior Product Developer, and Director of Product Development. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Advanced Product Development at Bauer Hockey.
