Heiko Klein

Heiko Klein's work experience includes various roles in the sales and purchasing departments. Heiko is currently the Head of Sales at Bauerfeind Sports since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at INTERSPORT Deutschland e.G., where they held multiple positions including Senior Einkäufer, Senior Produktmanager, and Einkäufer from 2006 to 2019. Before that, they worked at Decathlon Deutschland as a Teamleiter from 2001 to 2003, and at Votec Sportradtechnik GmbH as a Diplomand in 2000.

Heiko Klein's education history includes obtaining a degree in Marketing from Pforzheim University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. During this time, they also spent a year (1998-1999) studying Wirtschaftswissenschaften at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). Prior to their university education, they attended Berufsbildende Schule Neustadt from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a degree as a Bürokaufmann.

In addition to their formal education, Heiko Klein has obtained several certifications. In April 2020, they completed the "Google Zukunftswerkstatt / Grundlagen des Onlinemarketings" program offered by Google. Heiko became an Indoor Cycling Instructor through Team ICG in May 2019. Heiko also joined the test team of SkiMAGAZIN in April 2016. Earlier, in September 2005, they became a Nordic Walking Instructor certified by the Deutscher Nordic Walking-Verband. Heiko obtained the Skilehrer Alpin qualification from the Deutscher Skilehrerverband (DSLV) in April 2002. Heiko Klein acquired the Mountainbike Lehrer certification through the Vereinigung der Österreichischer Windsurf- und Segelschulen (VÖWS) in April 1996. Additionally, they hold the Deutsches Rettungsschwimmerabzeichen, which they obtained from DLRG in December 1985.
