Marco Trezzi is an accomplished R&D Director with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as R&D Director at Bauli Group since January 2017, Marco previously held the same title at Parmalat Italia S.p.A., where responsibilities included overseeing innovation processes for dairy and beverage categories and enhancing product development efficiency. Prior to that, Marco spent over 26 years at HJHeinz, where endeavors included leading global infant nutrition projects and managing R&D resources, significantly contributing to the establishment of a Global R&D organization. Marco holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from Università degli Studi di Milano.
