Valentina Costanza

Valentina Costanza is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and trade marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Brand Manager at Bauli Group since July 2023, Valentina previously held multiple roles at Danone Nordics from June 2016 to July 2023, including Nordic Brand Manager and Senior Dairy Brand Manager for the Nordics and Baltics regions. Earlier career milestones include serving as Draught Beer Quality Manager at Hartwall, and various positions at Heineken within the International Graduate Programme in Commerce, where responsibilities ranged from managing key accounts to supporting brand visibility initiatives. Valentina's academic background includes a Master’s degree in International Management from Hanken School of Economics and a Master’s in Business and Management from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
