Susanne Hierzenberger

Susanne Hierzenberger has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Susanne currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at BAUR GmbH, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Swarovski International Distribution AG, where they held the role of Head of HR Emerging Markets Europe from September 2015 to May 2023. Susanne also served as Head of HR Management Direct Markets / Regional HR Business Partner from July 2013 to August 2015. Before joining Swarovski International Distribution AG, Susanne worked at Erne Fittings Formgroup as an HR Manager from 2010 to 2013. Susanne began their career at Swarovski AG, where they held various roles, including Head of Services CEE/A, CH & Scandinavia from 2003 to 2009, and Manager PR & Communications CH, CEE, Scandinavia, Russia from 2000 to 2003.

Susanne Hierzenberger began their education at the Institut Limayrac in Toulouse, France in 1996. During their time at the institute, they studied Economics. In 1997, they completed their studies at the institute. Susanne then pursued a Master's degree in Economics & Tourism Management at the IMC University of Applied Sciences in Krems, Austria. Susanne attended the university from 1994 to 1998. In 2009, Hierzenberger enrolled at WIFI Vienna where they studied HR Management for a year. Susanne'smost recent educational experience was at Trigon Academy in 2015-2016 where they obtained a Coach certification.
