Deji Olu-Ayeni has a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in various leadership roles. DEJI started their career at Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc as a Supply Analyst, where they were responsible for sourcing and procuring petroleum products. DEJI then worked at Flo-Mart Stores Limited as a Supply Chain Manager, leading a team and overseeing the entire supply chain process. After that, they served as a Supply Chain Lead at Forte Oil Plc, supervising sourcing and buying functions. Deji also worked as a Supply Chain Consultant, providing expertise and advising on best practices. DEJI later joined Johnson & Johnson, where they held roles as both a Senior Supply Chain Planner and a Supply Chain Planner, managing end-to-end planning and driving performance metrics. Most recently, Deji worked at Bausch Health Companies Inc., where they were the Global Head of Supply Chain Planning, leading a global planning function and driving transformation initiatives. Throughout their career, Deji has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on achieving sales and customer service objectives.
Deji Olu-Ayeni holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Supply Chain Management & Finance from Howard University, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Deji has acquired certifications in Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and SAP Certified Application Associate - Planning and GATP in SAP SCM APO 7.0 EhP1.
