Director Head Of Global HR Operations at Bavarian Nordic

Dinna Søndergaard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role is as the Director and Head of Global HR Operations at Bavarian Nordic, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Nordic Bioscience A/S as the Director of HR & Legal from 2019 to 2022. At Nordic Bioscience, they were responsible for various aspects of the company's highly regulated life science operations.

Before joining Nordic Bioscience, Dinna served as the Head of Global HR Operations & Rewards at Georg Jensen, a global retail company with manufacturing sites and stores across Europe, Asia, and the US. Their tenure at Georg Jensen lasted from 2017 to 2018.

Prior to their role at Georg Jensen, they worked as an HR business partner at Xellia Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company owned by Novo Nordic. During their time at Xellia Pharmaceuticals from 2013 to 2017, Dinna was responsible for supporting the company's 1150 employees and managing HR functions across different production sites.

Earlier in their career, Dinna worked as the Chief Consultant at the Association of Medical Specialists from 2004 to 2013.
