Marc Schweneker

Marc Schweneker has extensive experience in the field of biology and vaccine development. Marc worked at Bavarian Nordic from 2009 to the present, initially as a Senior Scientist and later as the Principal Scientist. Marc'swork involved researching the biology of MVA recombinants and related poxviruses and developing new concepts and tools to improve vaccine vectors and production processes. Prior to joining Bavarian Nordic, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Technical University Munich from 2007 to 2009 and at the University of California, San Francisco from 2004 to 2007.
