Tina Rank Solhart

IT Application Specialist Lab. Equipment at Bavarian Nordic

Tina Rank Solhart began their work experience in 2000 at Novo Nordisk as a Laboratory Technician in the Chemical Control department. In this role, they were responsible for equipment maintenance, preparing and updating SOPs, and reviewing analytical results. Tina Rank then moved to the Aseptic Process Support department, where they were involved in the formulation of diabetes finished products and programming control charts.

In 2014, Solhart transitioned to the Product and Process Support department at Novo Nordisk as a Laboratory Technician. Here, they worked on stability, formulation, and manufacturing processes for finished products in Biopharm. Tina Rank'sresponsibilities included headscape measurement, RSF measurement on freeze dried products, maintenance of computerized laboratory equipment, and being an application specialist for Instron and Headspace. Tina Rank also conducted accelerated and in-use stability studies and helped students with their projects.

In 2020, Solhart joined Bavarian Nordic A/S in the Process Development department as a Laboratory Technician. Here, they implemented various systems and equipment, such as the Rees temperature monitoring system and NTA measurement on virus samples. Tina Rank also performed tasks like data processing and analysis, preparation and updating of SOPs, and formulation of buffer and virus.

Most recently, in 2023, Solhart assumed the role of IT Application Specialist lab. equipment at Bavarian Nordic. Tina Rank'sresponsibilities include implementing IT lab systems within research and development, ensuring data integrity and security.

Throughout their career, Solhart has demonstrated a strong background in laboratory work, equipment maintenance, formulation of products, data analysis, and documentation preparation.

Tina Rank Solhart's education history is as follows:

Tina completed a module in Physical Chemistry as part of their Diploma in Biotechnology, Process technology, and chemistry at Professionshøjskolen Metropol - Metropolitan University College in the year 2016. In 2015, they also completed a module in Applied Mathematics as part of the same diploma at Zealand - Sjællands Erhvervsakademi.

In 2013, Tina completed a module in Grundlæggende Forsøgsplanlægning (Basic Experimental Design) as part of the Diploma in laboratory technology at Professionshøjskolen Metropol - Metropolitan University College.

Prior to these studies, Tina attended Laborantskolen København in 1996-1997 to become a Laboratory Technician. Tina Rank also had an internship as a Laboratory Technician at GEUS in 1998.

Tina is currently enrolled in a Module from diploma bachelor in process- and biotechnology, with a focus on Molecular Biology at Professionshøjskolen Metropol - Metropolitan University College, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Tina has obtained various certifications throughout their career.
