Kevin Harding

Kevin Harding, PMP, has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Director of Engineering and previously as Technical Director of Automation at Baxalta since 2014. Prior roles include Application Center Engineering Manager and Project Management Team Lead at Rockwell Automation, and Director of Philadelphia Area Operations at Castle Hill Technologies, Inc. Kevin's career at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals spanned two decades, where roles included Automation Leader, Director of Automation & Calibration, Director of Engineering Technology, and Principal Project Engineer for Automation. Kevin holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, specializing in automation lifecycle phases and complex systems projects in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
