Aditya Bhagwat

Aditya Bhagwat currently serves as the Sr. Director of Strategy & Transformation at Baxter International Inc. since 2024, focusing on Growth & Emerging Markets across ECEMEA, LATAM, APAC, and China. Prior to this, Aditya held various strategic roles at Medtronic from 2016 to 2023, including Director of Strategy & Business Development and Senior Manager in the CEMA region. Aditya's earlier experience includes serving as a Lead Senior Associate at Strategy& where responsibilities encompassed healthcare and consumer retail practices, as well as leading M&A and strategic investments at Dignity Health. Aditya began a career in transaction advisory services at EY after academic achievements, including an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
