Gaganjot Gill

Gaganjot Gill possesses extensive experience in quality management, currently serving as the Director of Quality at Baxter International Inc. since September 2016, overseeing the development and implementation of quality systems and policies for CIVA. Key responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, managing non-conformance and audit processes, and directing quality staff to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Gaganjot also has a background in sterility assurance and microbiology from earlier roles at Baxter and academic experience as a teaching and research assistant at Ryerson University, complemented by a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor's degree in Biology.
