Julie Roth is a seasoned executive recruitment professional with extensive experience across various industries, including healthcare and technology. Currently serving as the Senior Global Executive Recruiting Lead at Baxter International Inc. since December 2021, Julie played a key role in the integration following Baxter’s acquisition of Hillrom. Prior to this, Julie held significant positions at Hillrom, managing talent acquisition and leading the Hillrom Organization for Latino Advancement Chicago Chapter. Julie's earlier roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Pfizer, where leadership of a geographically dispersed recruiter team was a highlight, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Hospira. With a robust background as an executive recruiter and retained search firm owner at Blue Mark Partners, Julie has consistently demonstrated expertise in business development and strategic recruitment. Educational credentials include an Executive Education degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a BA in Marketing from Lubar College of Business, and a BA in Fine Arts from Tulane University.
