Raghu Jainapur

Raghu Jainapur serves as the Vice President of Quality at Baxter International Inc., overseeing quality for the Healthcare Systems and Technologies business, reporting directly to senior leadership. In addition to this role, Raghu is a Board Member and Adjunct Faculty at St. Cloud State University, teaching graduate courses on medical device quality and regulatory issues. Raghu's previous experience includes leadership positions at Ecolab, Abbott, and Roche, with responsibilities ranging from global quality and regulatory affairs to quality assurance in highly regulated environments. Raghu holds an MBA from Purdue University, completed an Executive Leadership Program at London Business School, and has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
