Vijay Rangan

Vijay Rangan currently serves as the Americas Controller at Baxter International Inc. since September 2019. Prior to this role, Vijay held multiple positions at Aon from January 2012, including Global Shared Service Transition Lead, VP & Deputy CFO of Aon Affinity, FP&A Lead as Senior Director of Finance, and Global Finance Shared Service Center Controller. Vijay's earlier experience includes serving as International Corporate Finance Controller and Director of Accounting at Motorola Mobility between January 2005 and December 2011, as well as various finance roles at Motorola Solutions from June 1989 to July 2010. Vijay Rangan earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
