Peter Green

Peter Green has over 28 years of professional experience in finance and accounting. Peter began their career in 1992 as Financial Controller of the International Division at Thorn EMI Security & Electronics. In 1994, they took on an Interim Finance Manager role at the Defence Research Agency. Peter then moved to National Grid as an Interim Finance Manager in 1995, followed by an Interim Finance Manager role at British Gas Global in 1996. In 1997, they were Interim Finance Manager at SCT Corporation and Financial Controller of the Moulded Packaging Division at Tetra Pak. From 2006 to 2010, they were Financial Controller EMEA at Borland Software and Group Financial Controller and VP Finance at eServGlobal. In 2018, they became EMEA Interim Integration Manager at SMITHS DETECTION GROUP LIMITED, where they managed the integration of acquired international operating companies and prepared and presented IFRS 15 revenue recognition training courses. Peter is currently Interim Finance Director at Optellum.

Peter Green attended Henley Grammar School from 1972 to 1977. Peter then went on to obtain a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from City of London Polytechnic in 1982. In 1986, they obtained an ACMA certification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
