Kelly Halsey

Kelly Halsey, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Baxters North America since November 2022, Kelly participates in employee engagement activities, investigates complaints, and maintains HRIS and analytics on key metrics.
