Katie Magaña

Katie Magaña, PHR, currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) since May 2024. Prior to this role, Katie held the position of Human Resources Director at 10,000 Degrees from June 2022 to January 2024 and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at BACR from October 2015 to June 2022. Katie's career began as an Accounting Assistant at Redwood Credit Union between August 2013 and October 2015. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Dominican University of California.
