Katie Rinder

Katie Rinder is a seasoned non-profit manager with extensive experience in individual giving and special events. Currently serving as the Director of Individual Giving at the Bay Area Discovery Museum since June 2021, Katie previously held the position of Associate Director of Individual Giving at Success Academy Charter Schools from October 2019 to June 2021. Prior roles include Deputy Director of Special Events and Development Services at the Metropolitan Opera and various positions within the Special Events department, showcasing a strong track record in donor development and budget management. Katie began a career in the non-profit sector after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Art History from the University of Virginia in 2010.
