Cindi Ceres is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in various HR roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Generalist at Bay Area Legal Services since October 2022, Cindi previously held several significant positions, including Manager, HR Business Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and HR Manager at Reed Smith LLP. Cindi has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy throughout multiple organizations, including Dignity Health, O'Melveny & Myers LLP, and The Hershey Company. Cindi holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Lycoming College.
