Sara Lodewyk has extensive experience in administrative support within educational and municipal sectors. Since April 2008, Sara has served as the Administrative Assistant in the Instructional Services Department at Bay-Arenac ISD, providing essential support to the Director and a team of 30, while also assisting with professional development for educators. Previously, Sara held the role of Administrative Assistant/Office Manager at the Bay Arenac ISD Career Center, supervising five office professionals and collaborating with the building operations team. Prior to these roles, Sara worked with the City of Bay City, Michigan, as an Assistant to the Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included recruitment and contract administration. Additional experience includes roles at Boathouse Marine, Inc., The Dow Chemical Company, and Peoples National Bank. Sara holds certifications as a Human Resources Generalist and Administrative Assistant and has obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation.
