Russ Olney

Russ Olney possesses extensive experience in the construction and paving industries, having served as an Estimator at Bay Cities Paving & Grading since 2002. Prior to this role, Russ held the position of Project Manager and Estimator at O.C. Jones & Sons, Inc. from 1992 to 2002. Academically, Russ holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from San Francisco State University.
