Bill Sprague

In 2018, Bill Sprague celebrated his 25th anniversary with Bay Cove Human Services. His career in human services started in direct care, and after earning a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Bill joined Center House, where he rose to the position of Associate Executive Director. Bill left Center House to become President of South Shore Arc, a position he held until joining Bay Cove in 1993 as CFO. Bill was named the agency's Executive Director in 2001, and, in 2011, was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer.

Bill currently sits on the Boards of the Association of Behavioral Healthcare, The Providers’ Council, and the Association of Developmental Disability Providers, of which he is a past Chair.
