David Caldwell

David Caldwell is a highly experienced software engineer with a robust background in leading software development and engineering projects. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Vcinity since October 2018 and at Bay Microsystems, Inc. since April 2017, David brings extensive expertise from previous roles at JDSU, where tenure spanned from 2004 to April 2017 as Sr. Principal Software Engineer/Systems Engineer and Principal Software Engineer, and at Acterna as Principal Software Engineer from 1995 to 2004. Additionally, experience includes a position as Senior Software Engineer at TTC during the same period. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
