Justin Cutler

Justin Cutler has worked in the manufacturing industry since 2014. Theirfirst role was as an Engineering Design Intern at Skilled Manufacturing, Inc. in 2014. In 2015, they joined Bay Motor Products, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer Jr. and later became a Manufacturing Engineer Technician. In this role, they designed, implemented and PDCA'd manufacturing tooling, fixtures and equipment. Justin also identified and eliminated waste in manufacturing processes and assisted the Quality Department in the evaluation of incoming materials, approval of new suppliers and PPAP submission. Additionally, they were responsible for Tsugami Swiss CNC Programming and Maintenance, CAD System Management, Engineering Drawings and GD&T per ASME Y14.5 2009. In 2018, they assumed the role of Engineering Technician at Bay Motor Products, Inc.

Justin Cutler attended Northwestern Michigan College from 2015 to 2018. Justin also attended Traverse City Manufacturing Technology Academy.
