Al Ruechel

Al Ruechel is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in broadcasting. Since August 1997, Al Ruechel has served as the Senior Anchor at Bay News 9, delivering live news coverage from noon to 5 PM and hosting the prominent political show, Political Connections, which airs on Sundays. Prior to this role, Al Ruechel worked at WTSP-TV from 1986 to 1994 as an anchor and reporter. Al Ruechel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Iowa State University, attained between 1969 and 1975.
