Charles Uzoukwu

Charles Uzoukwu, M.S., currently serves as the Process Improvement Manager at Bay State Milling Company since January 2023, focusing on operational efficiency and cost-saving initiatives. Previously, Charles held multiple managerial roles at Aramark Uniform Services from March 2014 to January 2023, including Plant Manager and Production Manager, where responsibilities encompassed daily plant operations, budget management, and the implementation of LEAN manufacturing practices. Charles began a career in production supervision and merchandise control management at Ferrara Candy Company and Aramark, emphasizing safety compliance and continuous improvement. Charles holds a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and degrees in Geoinformatics & Surveying and Accounting from the University of Nigeria and Obafemi Awolowo University, respectively.
