Joe Doyle has a strong background in sales and leadership roles in the food industry. Joe started their career as a Southeast Regional Sales Director at Bay State Milling Company in 2005 and held this position until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the Director of Commercial Management, Territory Sales, and Customer Service, where they focused on capacity management and forecasting. In 2017, Joe became the Director of Sales for Regional Manufacturing Accounts. In 2019, they were promoted to the position of Director of Core Wheat Milling Sales, where they led sales for national, regional, and emerging segments and chaired the Core Wheat Milling Leadership Team. Joe currently holds the role of Senior Sales Director at Bay State Milling Company, starting in 2022. Prior to their time at Bay State Milling, they worked as a Plant Manager at ConAgra Foods from 2004 to 2005.
Joe Doyle attended the University of Oklahoma from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management.
