Tony Lippert

Tony Lippert is an experienced plant manager with a robust background in operational leadership within the food production industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Bay State Milling Company since November 2013, Tony has previously held plant management roles at WhiteWave Foods and Unilever. Tony's tenure at Unilever also included positions as Director of Distribution and Director of Operations. Earlier in the career at Cargill, Tony worked as Plant Superintendent in Crushing and Refining. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Kansas State University, earned between 1977 and 2001.
