James R. Irwin

James R. Irwin has over 20 years of experience in business development, operations management, organizational strategy development and growth, financial planning/budgeting, and senior leadership team roles. In 2022, they began working as the Chief Financial Officer for Bay West LLC, where they have primary day-to-day responsibility for all financial-related activities of the company and oversees the IT department. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer / Integrator for Etail Solutions, where they worked with two hands-on Principal Owners on daily operations and drove Strategic Planning utilizing EOS/Traction fundamentals. James R. also took on the additional responsibility of Interim Vice President of Operations upon the resignation of the VP of Client Success. From 1995 to 2020, they worked at Alumacraft Boat Co., where they held various roles such as Rising Executive, President/General Manager, President, Executive Vice President, and Vice President of Finance & Administration. James R. assisted new leadership with transitioning from an independent boat company to a captive company owned by the #4 outboard motor company, and they also led the company to achieve solid growth from $35M to $90M+ revenue and $3.8M to $8M in operating income.

James R. Irwin received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 1994. In 2005, they attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business for Executive Development.
