Shafi KP is an experienced Human Capital Director at Savola Foods Company since 2022 and has held multiple leadership roles in HR at GYMA FOOD INDUSTRIES, including Head of Group HR & People Development and Group HR Director, since May 2011. With over a decade of HR experience, Shafi KP has witnessed and contributed to the evolution of HR from a supportive function to a strategic element in organizational planning. Previously, Shafi KP served as Regional Manager and HR & Administration Manager at Palm International LLC from June 2005 to April 2011. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in HR Management from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Madras.
