Helena Moronta

Helena Moronta currently serves as the First Vice President Community Development Diversity Equity Inclusion Officer at BayCoast Bank, a role held since September 2020, and has also been recognized as the First Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Prior to this, Helena held the position of Sr. Community Development Officer Branch Manager III at Liberty Bank from 2017 to 2020, and has extensive experience at Bank of America from 2001 to 2017 in various roles, including Retail Sales Manager and Small Business Relationship Manager. Helena is pursuing a degree at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business while holding a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Finance and Marketing from the University of Rhode Island, and has completed specialized training in Cash Management Treasury Management from COCC Cash Management University.
