Jared Mota

Jared Mota is a highly experienced project management professional, currently serving as Vice President and PMO Director at BayCoast Bank since September 2018. In this role, Jared has established an enterprise project management office, implementing standardized project management frameworks and facilitating governance meetings with senior leadership. Prior experience includes various project management positions at BayCoast Bank, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President. Prior to this, Jared served with the United States Army Reserve as a Non-Commissioned Officer, leading a four-person team and developing training plans. Additional roles include POS Operations & Deployment Manager at East Commerce Solutions, Inc. and Senior Service Advisor at First Data Corporation. Jared holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University and has completed further education in financial studies and criminal justice.
