Mete Donmez

Mete Donmez has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Mete started their career as a Technical Education Manager at Bilginç IT Academy while simultaneously pursuing their college education. Mete then worked as a Business Systems Analyst at The Coca-Cola Company before joining the Turkish Armed Forces General Staff as a Project Officer, where they focused on Command & Control Information Systems. Mete later joined Microsoft and held various roles, including Senior Technical Account Manager and Senior Service Delivery Manager, where they managed strategic accounts and implemented ITIL-based processes. Mete then joined Yuksel Holding A.S. as Head of Information Technology Division, where they established IT strategies and managed the IT team and budget. Mete subsequently worked as the Information Technology Coordinator at CCN Holding, responsible for IT functions and the establishment of IT strategies. Mete later joined RÖNESANS HOLDİNG as the Director of Information Technology, managing an indirect workforce of over 750 people across multiple companies and cities. Mete's most recent positions include Director of Information Technology at ISS A/S, where they were responsible for the healthcare IT infrastructure, and Chief Information Officer at BAYEGAN Dış Tic. A.S. Currently, they hold the role of Global Information Technology Director at BGN.

Mete Donmez has a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000.
