Simon Rolfes

Simon Rolfes is currently the Managing Director Sports and Sporting Director at Bayer 04 Leverkusen. Simon also served as the Head of Youth & Development at the club. Prior to their current roles, Simon was a professional football player for Bayer 04 Leverkusen, Alemannia Aachen, and SV Werder Bremen GmbH & Co KG aA. Rolfes also worked as a Managing Partner at Rolfes & Elsässer - The Career Company, where Simon managed and planned careers for sportsmen. Simon holds a MBA in Sport Management from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz and an Executive Master for International Players in Sports Management from UEFA MIP.
