Alan Schultz

Alan Schultz has extensive experience in procurement and project management, currently serving as the Head of Project Procurement for Bayer in the Americas since January 2020. Prior to this role, Alan held several positions at Monsanto from July 2005 to January 2020, including Global Capital and Facilities Procurement Lead and Strategic Sourcing Champion Lead for North America. Alan's career began at URS as a Staff Project Engineer after serving as the MCS Capital Projects Manager, and also includes experience as a Senior Associate at Koster and Associates Architects. Alan holds an MBA in Operations Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Kansas, along with studies at TU Dortmund University.
