Bijoy Sagar

Bijoy Sagar is an accomplished executive in the field of information technology and digital transformation, currently serving as EVP and Chief Information Technology and Digital Transformation Officer at Bayer. As a co-founder of AI Lean, Bijoy also holds significant experience from previous roles including Chief Digital & Technology Officer and Global CIO at Stryker, and various leadership positions at Merck Group, where responsibilities included overseeing information management for both Merck Millipore and Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, Bijoy is a member of the Board of Directors at Altimetrik and has a Doctor of Law and Policy focused on Digital Healthcare in Chronic Metabolic Diseases from Northeastern University, complemented by education from INSEAD.
