Cynthia Stokley

Cynthia Stokley is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality North America at Bayer, Cynthia has previously held significant roles including Director of Quality Improvement for North America Product Supply and Global Manager of Logistics & Operations at BASF. Additional expertise includes leadership positions as Non-Conformance & Logistics Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at BASF, along with experience as Documents & Records Manager at Syngenta Biotechnologies Inc, and Sr. Quality Associate I at Talecris Biotherapeutics Inc. Cynthia began their career as a Quality Systems Specialist at BD Biosciences and earned a B.B.A. in Marketing from North Carolina Central University between 1990 and 1994.
