Dr. Folma Maren Kiser has extensive experience in driving digital transformation within Bayer for the EMEA and LATAM regions, currently serving as the Head of Commercial IT & Digital EMEA&LATAM since January 2006. Kiser leads a team focused on implementing best-in-class digital and IT solutions, facilitating customer engagement, and enhancing data visualization. Prior roles include leadership positions in Asia and Japan, as well as positions related to global brand management and market research. Kiser's career also includes significant legal expertise in public procurement, having practiced as a lawyer at Kanzlei Kiser and other legal firms. Academic qualifications include a doctorate from Technische Universität Dresden and various legal degrees from distinguished German universities.
