Guenter Schulteis

Guenter Schulteis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and IT operations, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Product Platform within Digital Transformation & IT for Corporate Functions at Bayer since January 2002. Schulteis has held various senior leadership roles at Bayer, including VP Head of HR IT, VP Head of Service Delivery Management, and VP Global Key Account Manager for Bayer Crop-Science, demonstrating expertise in strategic management, service delivery, and customer relationship management. Prior to Bayer, Schulteis held key positions at Alldata Service GmbH, Gesellschaft fuer Rationalisierung mbH, and H. Krantz GmbH & Co KG, contributing to business development and implementation of innovative solutions. Schulteis also has experience in academia as a lecturer at Helmut-Schmidt-University and Duesseldorf University of Applied Sciences. Schulteis holds a Doctorate in Economics from Technische Universität Chemnitz and a Master's degree from RWTH Aachen University.
