Guru Ramamurthy

Guru Ramamurthy currently serves as the CFO of Bayer US since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership from various roles at Bayer, including Head of Finance for Global Oncology and Business Development & Licensing, as well as CFO positions in Consumer Health and Medical Care. Prior to the current role at Bayer, Guru Ramamurthy was the Chief Financial Officer at Asklepios BioPharmaceutical, Inc. from March 2021 to November 2023. Guru Ramamurthy began the professional journey at Bayer AG as a Controller and has held various senior finance positions since 2001. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from INSEAD, a Grad CWA from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
